About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conversational AI Researcher to join our team at MMR Research Worldwide LTD. As a Senior Conversational AI Researcher, you will play a key role in championing the adoption of Conversational AI across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Support initial client conversations across markets to showcase the CAI toolkit and identify regional opportunities and barriers.
  • Training and Development: Develop tailored training for each market according to client interest or skillsets, and continually build expertise and share learnings within the CAI Delivery team.
  • Project Management: Connect directly with project objectives and provide guidance on the design of questions and AI levers.
  • Project Setup and Scripting: Set up and script Q.Bot and Sensory Bot projects from end-to-end, including quality checks, link testing, data collection, and providing a final data report.
  • Analysis Support: Provide integrated analysis support through uploading data to the relevant platforms and guiding teams on usage.
  • Storytelling and Collaboration: Support with storytelling development, flatplanning sessions, and debrief discussions, using knowledge and findings to strengthen capabilities across all projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar discipline.
  • Experience: Previous experience working as a Researcher.
  • Technical Skills: Able to set up and script projects from end-to-end.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Able to communicate and collaborate well with in-market teams to maximize their utilization of the CAI toolkit.
  • Critical Thinking: Be inquisitive and a critical thinker, looking for best practices in all projects and methods.
