Cleo AI is seeking a talented Content Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the conversational experience of our innovative financial assistant.

As a Content Designer, you'll collaborate closely with product designers, researchers, analysts, and developers to create compelling content that empowers users to manage their finances effectively. You'll be responsible for designing engaging dialogue flows, crafting insightful financial guidance, and contributing to the development of Cleo's distinct voice and personality.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered products that enhance personal finance management.
  • Design innovative conversational flows for our AI assistant, incorporating humor, financial insights, and personalized recommendations.
  • Gather and analyze user data to refine Cleo's tone of voice and ensure its alignment with user expectations.
  • Analyze user interactions to identify areas for improvement in our AI's understanding of user needs and requests.
  • Work with researchers and product designers to identify limitations in our current tools and contribute to their enhancement.
