About the Role

We are constantly launching new products and require a skilled content designer to ensure our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your role will be crucial in crafting engaging copy, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints, and optimizing user interactions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, concise, and welcoming copy for new products and features.
  • Champion our brand voice and ensure its consistent application across all platforms, from notifications and splash screens to product manuals and call-to-action buttons.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our products and services, translating complex information into easily digestible content.
  • Collaborate with the user research team to identify areas for improvement and reduce friction points in the user journey.
  • Contribute to the creation of innovative products that leverage cutting-edge AI technology to transform the app development landscape.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting.
  • 2+ years of experience working on digital products (preferred).
  • A warm and engaging writing style.
  • Proven track record of creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A passion for making a difference in a fast-paced, international environment.
