Leading Positive Change as a Positive Behaviour Support Manager

Salary: £35,500 - £40,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) professional to lead positive change in our organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality PBS services and supporting individuals with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, able to motivate and support staff to deliver person-centred care. They will have experience of developing and implementing PBS plans, providing staff training and supervision, and working collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement PBS plans for individuals with complex needs
  • Provide staff training and supervision to ensure effective implementation of PBS principles
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and improve outcomes for service users
  • Contribute to the development of the PBS team and organisation-wide initiatives
Requirements
  • PBS qualification and significant experience in the field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and support staff to deliver person-centred care
  • Full UK driving licence and own car with business insurance
