Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Clinical Homecare Nurse to join our team, providing professional nursing services to patients and healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Homecare Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe and high-quality nursing services, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care and support in the home setting, ensuring a seamless transition from hospital to home.
- Administer medication and therapies as required, including subcutaneous, intra-muscular, and intravenous routes.
- Teach patients and carers to self-administer therapy, promoting independence and confidence.
- Participate in clinical governance activities, including clinical supervision and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and support.
- Accurately record patient care activities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, ensuring best practice in patient care.
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with Part 1 of the NMC Register.
- 3 years post-registration experience in a clinical setting.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
