About the Role

As an Oncology Homecare Nurse at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical homecare services to patients in their own homes, workplaces, or communities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to Oncology patients, including blood tests, toxicity assessments, IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, and more.
  • Work autonomously, with the support of the company, to deliver clinical excellence and provide quality 1 to 1 care to patients.
  • Travel extensively between patients, requiring a full UK driving license.

Requirements
  • Valid NMC PIN
  • Formal Oncology qualification, SACT passport, or in-house Oncology training to administer SACT, cannulation, and venepuncture competency
  • Experience of administering all routes of SACT
  • High level of care and empathy to help patients achieve their goals and regain their independence
