About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Oncology Homecare Nurse to join our team at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare. As an Oncology Homecare Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.


Responsibilities


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Providing expert care to Oncology patients in their homes, clinics, or mobile units
  • Administering a range of treatments, including IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, and pump disconnections
  • Conducting blood tests, toxicity assessments, and line care
  • Working autonomously and as part of a team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and colleagues

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A valid NMC PIN and a formal Oncology qualification or SACT passport
  • Experience of administering all routes of anti-cancer therapy
  • A full UK driving license and ability to travel extensively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use company systems
