Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Oncology team at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare Ltd.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients with cancer, providing specialist holistic support and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist care and support to Oncology patients referred to LPCH
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of patients

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a strong background in Oncology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
