Rehabilitation Therapist

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our inpatient therapy team, providing high-quality patient care in a busy acute hospital setting.
As a Rehabilitation Assistant, you will work closely with patients with various presentations, including elderly frail patients, patients who have become acutely unwell, patients who have fallen, and patients following surgery.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for carrying out treatment plans as directed by a therapist, supporting patients to wash and dress, transfer in and out of bed, and walk. You will also collect basic information from patients, report to the therapist, provide equipment, and work as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
Person Specification
We are looking for individuals with a good standard of literacy, basic computer skills, and experience working in an administration and/or customer service role. Previous NHS or care experience is desirable.
