Nursery Role: We are seeking a skilled Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Saffron Walden Day Nursery and Preschool as a part-time lunch staff member.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Plan and implement engaging activities for children to encourage their development and progress towards key milestones.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with parents and carers.
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, as well as safeguarding.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, happy, and safe environment in the nursery.

Requirements:



  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
