Bright Horizons Saffron Walden Day Nursery and Preschool is a reputable nursery that provides high-quality care and education for children. We are seeking a part-time Early Years Practitioner to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging activities for children to promote their development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment.
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
