**Job Title:** Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our thriving primary school, starting immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a welcoming and dynamic team, committed to delivering high-quality education to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum, fostering a love of learning in children.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes children's social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Monitor and assess pupils' progress, ensuring learning objectives are met and providing effective feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the EYFS provision.
  • Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community to support children's development and wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and contribute to reports for parents and stakeholders.

**Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching in the EYFS.
  • A thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its application.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching, inspiring children to achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

**Estimated Salary:** £150 - £220 per day
