**Job Title:** Kitchen Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Operations Specialist to join our team in Manchester. As a Weekend Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen facilities and planning all meals.

**Job Description:**

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the kitchen facilities and plan all meals & assist with prep
  • Order supplies and keep records of spending and compliance
  • Monitor sanitation practices ensuring to follow standards and regulations
  • Prepare, produce and present food in volume for a small group of residents
  • Be capable of working alone, but able to communicate well
  • Keep Health and Safety at heart of what you're doing

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years of experience in hands-on cooking
  • Experience working to strict food hygiene standards
  • Experience in following recipes and open to cooking many cuisines

**Estimated Salary:** £10.42 per hour, £20,944.80 per annum.

**Working Hours:** 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday.
