Role Overview

Caldic is expanding its industrial segment, and we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead the sales efforts in this area. As a Customer Development Manager – Industrial, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial segment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Professional Background:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemicals or related industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in account management, business development, and sales strategy execution.
  • Strong understanding of the industrial segment and its dynamics.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: €65,000 - €85,000 per year, depending on experience.
