We are seeking a candidate with experience building valued relationships and driving performance with external vendors. You will have first-rate project management skills, be comfortable overseeing and improving processes, produce insightful reporting, and have led all aspects of vendor prioritisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and enforcement of contractual obligations, ensuring vendors deliver the goals (OKRs) and can scale to support our changing requirements.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics by considering factors like quality of service, timeliness of delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure vendors remain accountable for maintaining high standards.
  • Coordinate vendor governance programs, including day-to-day performance and quality management, operational reviews, and MBRs/QBRs.
  • Participate in defining and implementing processes and systems for vendors to ensure an extraordinary partner experience.
  • Work closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Work with team members to collect detailed business requirements that meet our technology and service needs and help tackle wider business challenges.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain applicable KPIs to drive action based on results.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to enhance the team's visibility and influence and communicate clear prioritisation of initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 4 years of vendor management/BPO Operations experience.
  • Understanding of vendor management processes, policies, and tools, with a preference for a similar role within a leading technology company.
  • Proven track record in project management, demonstrating the ability to lead and deliver complex projects successfully.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • High-energy with a growth mentality. You will be a self-starter looking to have a positive impact on the business.
  • Team player - thrives in a climate of inclusion and implements expansive strategies to bring a diverse set of perspectives to the team and solutions.
