**Academic Clinical Lecturer Position**
We are seeking an Academic Clinical Lecturer to join our team in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity for a medical professional to advance their career and contribute to the development of academic clinical lecturers.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in medicine, research experience, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for teaching and mentoring junior doctors, as well as contributing to the development of academic programs.
This fixed-term position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience. The location is based in the Department of Paediatrics, Level 2, Children's Hospital, John Radcliffe, Headington, Oxford, OX3 9DU.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- To teach and mentor junior doctors in academic clinical lectureships
- To contribute to the development of academic programs and research initiatives
- To collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Medically qualified and registered with the GMC
- Experience in teaching and mentoring junior doctors
- Strong research background and publication record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
