Job Opportunity: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, growing a profile and reputation within the office, and delivering effective insurance solutions and service across all products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake reviews of existing policies for clients via email, over the phone, and in person.
  • Cross-sell the full range of our products, including financial services and risk management services.
  • Grow a profile and reputation within the office for advising corporate businesses.
  • Effectively manage your time to balance client reviews, pre and post-review work, and other responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with Commercial Insurance is desirable.
  • UK Driving License and access to own vehicle is essential.
  • Previous experience working in an Account Management role is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong IT literacy, proficient using MS Office Applications.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
