Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring high-quality care and support is delivered.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our service users.
  • Support individuals to engage in meaningful activities and experiences, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Manage and deliver care services that are person-centred, responsive, and effective.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and a positive service user experience.
