Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Front of House & Administrative Assistant to join our team at Colville Search Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the junior bankers in their daily activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, directing colleagues, and coordinating meeting room bookings. You will also be responsible for ensuring meeting rooms are well-presented, managing post, booking couriers and taxis, ordering lunches when required, and providing support with ad-hoc requests.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and engaging with clients front of house
- Answering calls and directing to colleagues
- Coordinating a busy schedule of meeting room bookings
- Ensuring meeting rooms are well-presented
- Managing post and booking couriers and taxis
- Ordering lunches when required for meetings
- Providing support to the junior bankers, such as processing expenses
- Assisting with ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
- 3+ years within a front of house position, ideally in a professional services environment
- A passion for providing the best possible service and support
- Organised, methodical, and able to keep calm while juggling multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Eagerness to learn from experienced team members
- Flexible with ability to use own initiative
Salary: £35,000 (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
