Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Healthcare Project Coordinator to join our team in London, UK. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that assigned projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fixed-term contract with a duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of end-to-end EHR implementation projects, ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Organize project activities into manageable work efforts for team members, determine project management documents, and facilitate their creation.
  • Monitor and report project status to internal and external stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and other governance items.
  • Coach project team members to understand project scope, clarify task assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Build positive relationships with CereCore teams, service line leaders, support teams, client leaders, and vendor partners.
  • Communicate project status, issues, risks, and escalations effectively to direct leadership and client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a healthcare technology services and consulting environment.
  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Active professional development, including educational courses, certification (PMP or Prince2 preferred).
  • Project Management skills, applying project methodology and CereCore governance controls.
  • Tactical Execution skills, managing complex project controls.
  • PC Skills, demonstrating knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and portfolio management tools.
