Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Assessor to join our dynamic team at Donard Recruitment. As a Clinical Assessor, you will have the opportunity to further your career and utilize your existing clinical knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients.

This exciting hybrid working opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, plus a 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality & retention bonus. You can also expect an OTE of £45,650.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We offer various training options to support your growth and development, including 12 weeks (full-time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), and 17 weeks (3 days per week) programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing unbiased and comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP)
  2. Utilising existing clinical knowledge to deliver exceptional service to clients
  3. Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £38,500 - £41,500 per annum
