About the Role

As a Healthcare Assessment Professional with Donard Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise to assess claimants' health conditions and disabilities.

Job Description
  • You will be responsible for managing caseloads from start to finish, including delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports.
  • You will assess a wide range of health conditions and disabilities, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.
Salary and Benefits
  • Basic salary: £38,500 - £41,500 per annum.
  • Rising to 10% quality and retention bonus.
  • Hybrid full-time, part-time working hours available.
  • Training options: 12 weeks' full-time, 14 weeks' (4 days per week), and 17 weeks' (3 days per week).
  • Holidays: 25 days per annum rising to 27 days with service.
  • Company benefits include laptop and mobile phone provision, access to wellbeing programs, and annual charity days.
Requirements
  • A qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic.
  • Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
