Job Summary:

Clearfield Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects up to 15 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, site managers, and other construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring open communication and effective collaboration.
  • Project Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure project goals are met.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, providing detailed insights into project progress and performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and projects, ensuring best practices are adopted and implemented.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager or similar role within a tier 1 or tier 2 contractor.
  • Demonstrated experience managing construction projects up to 15 million.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Relevant degree or qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
