Global Revenue Enablement Strategist

Emarsys, a leading marketing automation platform, is revolutionizing the way businesses engage with their customers. As a Global Head of Revenue Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regionally and cross-functionally aligned revenue enablement strategy.
- Shift enablement from decentralized to centralized, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Product Marketing to align revenue enablement strategy.
- Utilize data and insights to identify areas of risk and maintain a highly performant organization.
- Demonstrate experience in owning a global revenue enablement strategy.
- Apply business acumen to understand and prioritize relevant metrics.
- Manage stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Revenue.
- Implement a data-backed approach to prioritizing Wildly Important Goals (WIGs).
- Own, optimize, and implement an enablement tech stack, including Seismic Learning (Lessonly), Confluence, Outreach, Salesforce.
- Proven experience in owning a global revenue enablement strategy.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of relevant metrics.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across Product, Marketing, and Revenue.
- Ability to prioritize initiatives using a data-backed approach such as 4DX.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing an enablement tech stack.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global environment.
