Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Home Care Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality home care services in Preston and surrounding areas. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £34,000 - £40,000 per annum and opportunities for professional growth.

About the Position:
As a Home Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for allocating carers to clients, monitoring their performance, and ensuring timely delivery of care services. You will work closely with the office team to maintain accurate records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve service quality.

Key Tasks:
  • Allocate carers to clients based on their needs and availability.
  • Monitor carer performance and provide feedback to enhance their productivity.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and handwritten records with the office team.
  • Collaborate with the Care Team and other healthcare professionals to address any concerns and improve service quality.
  • Conduct regular spot checks, supervisions, and observations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all client paperwork is completed accurately and recorded in line with company guidelines.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a valid driving license, access to your own vehicle, and relevant experience in a similar position. Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and knowledge of care and support principles are also essential.
