**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Governance Specialist to join our team at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Governance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of quality governance and compliance within our organisation.

The ideal candidate will have experience of producing and presenting reports, designing training documents, and supporting administration in a busy environment. You will also possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To monitor incidents, risks, and actions using Datix, ensuring timely completion and reporting.
  • To support daily incident review meetings, maintaining data and chasing actions related to these meetings.
  • To maintain databases, trackers, and compliance data on behalf of the Governance team.
  • To coordinate deadline chasing, actions, and incident investigations for the Care Group.

**Person Specification:**

The successful candidate will hold a recognised qualification in maths and English GCSE (A-C) or equivalent. They will also have experience of working within the NHS, with a strong understanding of risk management processes and incident reporting.
