About the Role:
  • Earn an estimated salary of £50,000 per year based on industry standards for similar positions.

This role requires a strong understanding of electrical qualifications such as NVQ, City and Guilds, Diploma, and previous experience in FMCG environments. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate mechanical and electrical skills through a skills test conducted at the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in modernizing the site by streamlining stores, CMMS systems, and equipment.
  2. Collaborate with the Engineering team to push new standards and contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair in a manufacturing environment.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
