We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Manager Specialist to oversee the planning and execution of our Apprentice and Skills curriculum at our state-of-the-art Technology hub in Aston. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to deliver a top-tier learning provision, ensuring that teaching practices are modern and relevant to current and future engineering needs.

About the Role

  • Manage a range of practical and theoretical disciplines to prepare learners for employment.
  • Work alongside leading tutors to broaden managerial skills in a diverse setting.
  • Organise and manage a team of tutors, including workload, course cover, discipline, and welfare.
  • Develop timetables for various qualifications and courses, including remote delivery models.
  • Maintain effective feedback loops with quality assurance personnel.
  • Ensure teaching and learning meets OFSTED, LSC, Awarding Bodies, and centre criteria.

Requirements

">
  • Time-served apprentice experience desirable.
  • Experience in engineering disciplines and education management.
  • Teacher qualification or willingness to attain.
  • Recent industrial experience and knowledge of industry best practices desirable.
  • HND qualified.
  • Apprenticeship experience.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including free parking, meal service on site, flexible hours, health cover, matched pension contributions up to 8%, and life assurance.
