The Role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to work with people across Derbyshire affected by homelessness. As an Outreach Specialist, you will support individuals into appropriate housing and provide follow-on support to help them sustain their tenancy, promote independence, and overcome barriers that may have been the triggers to their homelessness.

Responsibilities
- Act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles
- Help individuals access services that support needs such as drug or alcohol issues and mental health
- Work alongside a wide range of agencies and act as the lead in the delivery and coordination of support
- Make on-the-spot decisions and deal with challenging situations when necessary

Requirements
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and travel across Derbyshire
- Ability to make on-the-spot decisions and handle challenging situations
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

What We Offer
P3 Charity offers a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 27 days annual leave, pension scheme, paycare employee assistance programme, and excellent training opportunities.

Salary Range: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

Location: Derbyshire

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility for early shifts
