Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner - Strategic Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the station, as well as central support functions, to ensure effective team performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide guidance on HR-related matters
- Support the delivery of the Hinkley Point B People Plan, ensuring our leaders and people are supported during transition
- Ensure organisational resilience and capability meet business needs, minimising risk
- Maintain a stable employee relations climate through engagement during significant change
- Champion diversity and inclusion, promoting a dynamic and inclusive environment
Requirements
- Experience working in a progressive HR, people management, and unionised environment
- Commercial mind and pragmatic approach, delivering high-quality HR generalist support
- Extensive knowledge of employment law, reward, and talent management, people development, resourcing, and ER/engagement
- CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification with a HNC as a minimum
