Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and guidance to our stakeholders, including line managers and employees. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business performance and support our people strategy.

You will also be responsible for managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing support to employees. Additionally, you will work with our performance improvement department to develop and implement training programs and initiatives to improve employee performance.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a commercial mind and pragmatic approach. You will have extensive knowledge and understanding of employment law, reward and talent management, people development, resourcing and ER/engagement. You will also have CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification with a HNC as a minimum.

You will be able to coach, influence and challenge managers, while analysing and presenting data to stakeholders in a creative way. What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary starting from £54,391 with terms and conditions covered by the EDF Nuclear Generation Company Agreement.
