HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives.
About the RoleAs an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and guidance to our stakeholders, including line managers and employees. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business performance and support our people strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR guidance and support to line managers and employees on employment law, reward, talent management, people development, resourcing, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business performance and support our people strategy.
- Collaborate with our performance improvement department to review and ensure development training and associated initiatives are being implemented effectively.
- Support and guide line managers in ensuring that individual and team performance is effectively managed across your business area, in alignment with the company performance management framework and process.
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a progressive HR, people management, and unionized environment. You will have a commercial mind and pragmatic approach, with extensive knowledge and understanding of employment law, reward, talent management, people development, resourcing, and employee relations. You will be CIPD qualified or have an equivalent qualification with a HNC as a minimum.
What We OfferWe can offer a competitive salary starting from £54,391 with terms and conditions covered by the EDF Nuclear Generation Company Agreement.
