We are a reputable electrical services company looking for a skilled Office Coordinator/PA to support our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage service requests.
- Provide administrative assistance, data entry, filing, and document management.
- Prepare and process service reports, job sheets, and other necessary paperwork.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with bookkeeping and accounts tasks.
- Provide PA support to senior management.
- Prioritise tasks for the management team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office coordinator or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with basic accounting software or CRM systems.
- A basic understanding of electrical services or the construction industry.
