We are a reputable electrical services company looking for a skilled Office Coordinator/PA to support our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage service requests.
  • Provide administrative assistance, data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Prepare and process service reports, job sheets, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and accounts tasks.
  • Provide PA support to senior management.
  • Prioritise tasks for the management team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an office coordinator or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting software or CRM systems.
  • A basic understanding of electrical services or the construction industry.
