PRU Learning Specialist

About the Role:
This full-time position involves delivering specialist teaching services to students with SEMH and EBD in a PRU setting. The successful candidate will have experience working with students with SEMH and EBD, strong behaviour management skills, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons that meet students' diverse needs.
- Develop IEPs to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working in a PRU or similar setting.
- Strong behaviour management skills and excellent communication skills.
