This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the energy transition by supporting commercial optimizations of development projects. The job holder will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing land rights, and establishing strategies for delivering value from sites.

The successful candidate will be based two days a week in our London office and will work closely with stakeholders to manage relationships with landowners, contractual obligations, and land aspects through design, planning, financial close, and construction phases.

We are looking for an experienced professional with prior experience of developing renewable projects in the UK. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying/acquiring land
  • Obtaining planning consents
  • Managing relationships with landowners and contractors
  • Developing commercial strategies for delivering value from sites

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the sector landscape, relevant stakeholders, and investment principles linked to renewable projects. Financial modelling experience is desirable but not mandatory. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project is essential.
