Job Title: Training Coordinator

Gi Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support our public sector client based in Bath.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, experience with word processing and spreadsheet software, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Send out publicity and advertisements for studentships
  • Act as the first point of contact for all admissions enquiries
  • Receive all student applications and communicate with applicants
  • Provide administration of all training courses
  • Ensure that all files and records of progression are accurately maintained

The estimated salary for this position is £35,505 - £36,924 per annum.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage project coordination, recruitment, event organization, and centre development
  • Support a training centre within an education establishment
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments diaries for the Directors' team

This role requires an excellent track record in general administration, customer relations skills, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
