Learning and Development Opportunity

Sense Scotland is seeking a skilled Trainer to join our Learning and Development team, providing an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals in Scotland.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of colleagues.
  2. Coach new and existing colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills to support individuals effectively.
Requirements:
  • A minimum SCQF 7 qualification in a care-related subject or registration with the NMC or SSSC.
  • Experience in training within a health or social care setting.
  • Working knowledge of current training and qualification requirements.
  • Confident IT skills and ability to work flexibly across Scotland.

  • A competitive salary estimated at £38,000 - £45,000 per annum.
