Job Title: UK Renewable Energy Asset Appraiser

Job Description: As a UK Renewable Energy Asset Appraiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuations that meet RICS Redbook standards for various renewable energy technologies within the UK market. This includes freehold and operational interests as well as projects at various stages from inception to repowering. You will benefit from our extensive expertise, which has provided valuations for energy projects for over a decade, serving retained clients with operational portfolios, loan security work, and collaborating with other teams on cross-sector projects, particularly with rural and commercial property valuers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting site visits and gathering data
  • Analyzing market trends and industry developments
  • Providing expert opinions on valuation matters

Requirements: We are seeking experienced candidates with a strong background in valuations, preferably with RICS registration (Level 3 in Valuations at APC). A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required, including direct experience in the valuation of renewable energy assets. Candidates with experience in Rural or Commercial Property valuations will also be considered.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
