About Us: The Scottish Ambulance Service is a national health board within NHS Scotland, operating across Health and Social Care. We provide scheduled and unscheduled care needs to the population of Scotland 24/7.

We are recruiting a Programme Support Officer to join our Programme Management Office on a fixed term basis. This role will support the delivery of key Service projects and involve providing administrative, secretariat, and programme/project support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for compliance with agreed PMO standards, risk and issue management, supporting meetings, and developing high-quality documentation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

This is a flexible role with the option to work from home, office working at one of our locations, or a hybrid of both. A current driving licence is required, and applicants must demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK via an established visa route.

About You: To be successful in this role, you should have experience in administration, project coordination, or a related field. You should also possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
