Exciting Opportunity for a Biomedical Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Biomedical Scientist to join our Pathology Quality Team at Harrogate District Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the Pathology Quality Management System, deputising for the Quality Manager, and supporting the team in maintaining accreditation by UKAS.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance of the Pathology Quality Management System.
  • Deputise for the Quality Manager in administering the Quality and Governance agenda.
  • Support the Quality Manager in maintaining the requirements of accreditation by UKAS.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality management systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to ensure the department meets the requirements of accreditation.
