Job Summary

Pioneer Wound Healing & Lymphoedema Centres is seeking an experienced Tissue Viability Nurse Consultant to join our team. As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for the delivery of patient care and the development of tissue viability services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of tissue viability services, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Provide professional leadership and supervision to a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care pathways, protocols, and policies that promote best practice in wound healing and lymphoedema management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of research and development programmes, ensuring that evidence-based practice is integrated into clinical practice.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that patient care and outcomes are continuously improved.
