Job Title: Contract Administrator

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our client based in Gloucester. As a permanent member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client interactions and supporting field engineers to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify quotes from engineers' paperwork and action accordingly.
- Collaborate with field engineers to gather all necessary information.
- Administer quotes efficiently and liaise with clients to facilitate approvals.

Requirements:
- Previous office experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
