**About FRS Ltd**

FRS Ltd is a leading construction company that has experienced significant growth, resulting in the need for a skilled Financial Reporting Accountant to join their team on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will be based in Northampton and will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Financial Controller (FC).

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the group financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
  • Manage monthly group consolidations, VAT and CIS accounting, and deliver robust financial controls and reporting.
  • Accurately account for all group entities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Assist with monthly reporting, including Board reports, and work closely with the Group Financial Controller to ensure an appropriate internal control framework is in place.
  • Support the preparation of the annual budget and assist with statutory accounts and compliance submissions.
  • Conduct KPI analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in financial reporting and accounting, preferably in a construction or related industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting packages and spreadsheets.
