Job Summary

We are recruiting for an experienced Composite Laminator to join our team at Mane Contract Services in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with industry-leading organisations producing composite components for Formula One teams, high-end automotive designers, and other forward-thinking clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working as a composite laminator in our Clean Room, reporting to the supervisor and performing tasks across the automotive and Formula 1 markets.
  • Supporting other departments during peak build periods.
  • Upholding the highest standards per laminating policies and assisting in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in laminating.
  • Prior experience in Formula 1 or high-end automotive settings is desirable.
  • Familiarity with autoclaves and ovens is advantageous.
