**Job Title:** Learning Development Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Development Specialist to join our team at Cra Group Limited. In this role, you will work with children and young people to support their learning, behaviour, and social adjustment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Educational Psychology or a related field and relevant certification or licensure as required by local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate a child's progress and adjust management plans accordingly.
  • Partner with teachers, student counsellors, and other professionals to provide support to children.
  • Meet with parents to discuss their child's experiences, concerns, and potential interventions.

Work Environment:
