Able Personnel is currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Specialist to join their team in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality training programs and assessments to individuals in the water industry.

The successful candidate will have experience in the water industry or sector, including working for water suppliers and experience on the water network. A full UK driving license is essential, as travel to clients' sites will form part of the role.

This permanent position involves working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and requires delivering training for the water industry and assessment services at our client's skills academy, head office, and locations across the UK.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, allocation of a company vehicle or mileage allowance, paid weekend working, annual performance and salary review, 6-month comprehensive training and development programme, and increased annual leave following a minimum qualifying period.
