We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Vision for Education - Manchester. As a specialist school, we provide individualised support to young people and children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
Salary: £416 - £475 per week (dependent on experience and qualifications).
About the School: Our specialist school in Oldham is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow. We believe that every student deserves the chance to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs in a specialist school setting
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement effective support plans
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and carers to ensure a cohesive approach to support
