About the Role:

Jameson Legal is seeking a highly skilled Head of Legal Compliance to join our team in Norwich or Derby. As a qualified Solicitor, chartered legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with at least 6 years' PQE, you will be responsible for ensuring overall compliance with the terms and conditions of our CLC authorisation.

In this key role, you will update internal compliance policies and procedures, train staff on compliance and client-facing quality of service, and provide regular reports to the Head of Conveyancing and Directors on compliance matters. You will also oversee and sign off all lead generation and service advertisements to ensure compliance with relevant CLC marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall compliance with the terms and conditions of our CLC authorisation.
  • Update internal compliance policies and procedures.
  • Train staff on compliance and client-facing quality of service.
  • Provide regular reports to the Head of Conveyancing and Directors on compliance matters.
  • Oversight and sign-off of lead generation and service advertisements.
