We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Technical Manager to maintain exceptional quality standards, supplier certification, and product specification management.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to ensure accurate and timely updates to supplier certifications and product specifications.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to provide exceptional support with questionnaires related to ethical, environmental, and sustainability standards.
  • Maintain rigorous traceability, quality management, and labelling compliance.
  • Organise and coordinate audits, traceability exercises, and customer visits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration and general office support.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with food industry regulations and quality assurance practices is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with systems such as Food Connected, Erudus, and Sage is advantageous but full training will be provided.

Salary: 30400 GBP per annum

Holiday: 25 days per year + 8 bank holidays
