About the Role

We're Pets at Home Group Plc, a leading pet care business in the UK. We're looking for a Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Burgess Hill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a vital member of the store management team.
  • You will be a Duty Manager and take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • You will be involved in everything related to the store's running, including recruitment, stock control, and store standards.
  • You will lead from the front with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team and creating a fantastic place to shop and work.

Requirements
